Returns policy

Here at Moto Fam Apparel we take pride in manufacturing our products to the highest quality. 

If there is ever a printing/manufacturing error in a product we will replace it.

Returns and refunds are only acceptable if the item is deemed faulty. 

Size charts, where applicable are available for each product to ensure correct sizing is selected when purchasing. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

For faulty items, these must be presented within 7 days of receiving the items. Please email returns@motofamapparel.com with your order number, description of the fault and images showing the fault. Sadly, after 7 days we will not be able to assist with a refund or replacement. If the items need to be returned, Moto Fam Apparel will cover return shipping costs.

Please note we have done extensive testing on our products to show faults under various circumstances including not caring for them correctly. If it is deemed that the care instructions have not been followed, replacement or refunds will not be accepted.

If any items are deemed faulty, at Moto Fam Apparels discretion we may choose to replace or refund the items. Note, returning items without prior authorisation will not be deemed as an agreed return and they will be shipped back to you at your cost.
